The breakfast meal is the best, the feuits and vegies served are fresh. The ambience is very calmly which will give you a good rest and the overall cleanliness is evident. The staff are very accommodating, welcoming and very customer oriented.

This was the first and last time i stayed at this hotel. I cant imagine a brand like ITC is letting them use their brand name. The rooms were worse than a 2 star hotel. I booked the Presidential Suite and to my surprise it was worse than a lodge(see pics) . I was told i will be moved to another presidential room but then the presidential suite a c was apparently not working so i had to finally settle for a base category room. This is a totally mismanaged hotel. The description and photographs on the website are totally false and don't match at all with the actual rooms. The only positive was that the food was decent. I hope ITC will look into this and save their own brand.

The breakfast buffet is delicious, with a variety of options! The staff is attentive and go out of their way to ensure that we are comfortable. Staff is friendly, accommodating and willing to help with a smile. Big thanks to Aditya & Apsara!!

Aditya and Apsara's table service in the restaurant was excellent. Both are very polite and having customer centric approach. FOverall food quality was excellent. But yesterday ordered alloo paratha, was very thick and was not good in taste. Need improvement. Room management and upkeep is excellent. You front office team is also very nice.

Good Service. Most friendly and helpful staff specially Aditya is very kind and supportive. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good m and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

I found the service here good and the food delicious.soft blankets, cool air conditioning, good lighting, mirror in the room is very good for looking in the mirror, clothes are very fragrant, folded beautifully and delivered on time, water service, clean room, there is a gym, exercise every afternoon, very good for health, after exercise there is a swimming pool, very comfortable, beautiful room location to see the scenery, the room is very well served by your staff NIHIRA sadiya,nithish,sathiyamoorthi, james by house keeping items very good
